For almost 25 years, Chicago radio personality Mr. Kevin "Kev" Matthews (aka Jim Shorts), formerly with Chicago's The Loop and AM 1000, became a significant part of the Chicago sports scene through featured radio chats and public appearances with many Chicago sports heroes, including Michael Jordan, Mike Ditka, and Jim McMahon. This was a one of a kind downsizing sale! As empty nesters, Kev and his wife are happy to have lightened their load. They had amassed items & collectibles including: autographed memorabilia, sports memorabilia including an Official Bears football with the entire team's autographs, antiques, furniture, Vintage slot machine, billiards/pool table, rugs, garden cement statuary, exercise equipment, massage table, leather sectional, queen & double bed frames, garden furniture, artisan Pie safe w/ pierced copper panels, vintage barn door dining table, garden tools, Baker curio cabinet, Henreden marble top low-rise cabinet, DeGrazia figurine collection, sporting goods, vinyl records, lamps, Grandfather clock 1840's, hunting knives, fishing gear, Ibanez guitar & case, Asonia Mantle Clock 1800's, Vintage Coke machine, authentic grand antler chandelier, Kev's posters, cd's & cookbooks, and much more. The Matthews were wonderful clients and we were delighted to be of service to them!
